Nature of the job entails user/client support on the versatile Android applications, and as needed, make the test case to provide the solution and understand problems.
This is how your day may look like:
・You will receive technical questions
・You’ll understand the problems and answer client/users, based on the information shared internally.
・In some cases, you’ll need do minimum implementation (such as test application)
・Playbooks and examples of similar requests are available for your reference
・In case you’re not familiar with certain areas, you can ask our international team (basd in the US) for help
・Client/users are comfortable in either Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin, therefore you’ll need to have fluency in one of the languages (in reading, writing and speaking)
Role and Responsibility
・Support leading Android app developer users to adopt best practices across Android platform and provide technical guidance and support
・5+ years of Android Application or platform development experience
・Strong Java programming skills (preferred)
・Good understanding of Android platform architecture
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, Korean or Mandarin
